Customer SCORM Course Module with Assessment not completing for single learner in Litmos

SCORM course module with assessment not completing for a single learner despite multiple attempts. Review the learner's Module Quick Report for each attempt's questions, answers and timestamps; decide to mark the module complete manually or reset course results and have the learner retake the module. A single learner on mobile browser or app or on pc didn't pass completion for customer's SCORM course with assessment
Completion didn't pass for user who has answered same questions multiple times in multiple Sessions or Attempts
Completion didn't pass for user who has multiple wrong answers in multiple incomplete SCORM Sessions or Attempts

Complete a SCORM course with assessment in Litmos LMS

Resolution

Review the learner's SCORM assessment question and answer results and attempts log in the Module Quick Report:

Modules
Search for and then click on the module title
Search for and then click on the learner's name
Notice the 'Number of Attempts' is listed with a dropdown so that each attempt(s) can be reviewed. Use this to review each Attempt's questions and answers including date and start/end times to determine whether the learner has passed the assessment
Decide based on the Attempts results whether to set the user to complete for the module, or whether to have the learner complete the module again in which case the course results should be reset (using the Perform a Bulk Action tool at the course's People tab) in order to give the learner a fresh start and then monitor the user to ensure they were able to successfully pass the module
If many users are having this issue, the customer should test their content to attempt to replicate the same error the users are experiencing
