Course releases happen each month, February – December. Customers can track all course releases via Airtable and Release Notes section of our Help docs.

To use Airtable you must first know which Content Subscription you have purchased. To get this information please reach out to your CSM or the Customer Advocacy team via Customer Portal.

To find your purchased Subscription click on:
1. Filter
2. In the Where dropdown select Product Name
3. In the Select an option dropdown toggle on the Subscription you would like to view

Login into your Litmos instance
Click on "Help" in your main navigation
- This will authenticate you, and provide access to our Help Documentation

If your authentication times out (cache expires) or receive a message 'Are you trying to access Litmos help documentation?'

Please repeat the above steps, and you should regain access to the help doc home page and/or be able to use your direct Release Notes link.
