Additional References can be added to a Course for Learners to download. Learners are unable to download material directly from a Course to avoid it being used in malicious ways. The documentation files support most common file types and is limited to 250MB per file and a total of 100 files per course.

Add Documents

Add documentation via Admin View > Courses > Select a Course > Select ‘Additional References’ tab > Select ‘Add a document’ button

Accepted File Types: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .psd, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .avi, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .3gp, .flv, .m4v, .mp4, .mp3, .wav, .mid, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .rtf, .mov with a Maximum file size of 250MB

Download Documents from Learner View

Learners can download the documents via Learner View > Open a Course with documentation > Select the ‘Additional References’ tab > Select ‘Download.’
