• DocuSign Module - Users are marked complete without filling all the Required Fields/ Mandatory DocuSign fields or signature.
• One field is enough to be filled for the Docusign module to be marked completed. 

If the “role” for the Template is defined as “Learner”, it would are mark the learner as complete without them filling all the Required Fields/ Mandatory DocuSign fields or signature.

1. Login to DocuSign and create a template with multiple fields as ‘Required Fields’.

2. Do not define the Role within the template as 'Learner'
3. Enable the DocuSign integration by navigating to the Account settings>integration. 
4. Create a course and add an Esignature -docusign module
5. Assign the respective template to the module and click ‘Save’.
6. Assign yourself to the course
7. Login as learner and start the module
8. After moving just one of the fields from left to the document, it lets you click on Finish.
9. Observe the module message says "Module now has been completed successfully"

The “role” for the Template must be defined before Learners can successfully access a Template for embedded signing in a Litmos course.

You can define the role for the Template by navigating to Templates –> Edit the Template –> Define the recipient role for each Template as “Learner”, as this will be the value Litmos sends to DocuSign to validate the embedded signing session for any chosen Template.
