Access an Achievements Quick Report via Admin View > ‘Reports’ tab > Select ‘Achievements’ under Quick Reports on the right.

Filters

The default filters are:

• Achievement by Course
• Active Course
• Active People
• Achievement Date Last 30 Days

Change filters such as:

• Achievement by (Course or Learning Path)
• Course (Active, Inactive, All)
• People (Active, Inactive, All)
• Achievement Date (make a selection)

Information about the Quick Report

View information about an Achievement such as:

• Course or Learning Path Name
• Number of Achievements
• Course or Learning Path Status
• Badges Earned [#]
• Points Earned [#]

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed.

Drill Down to a Specific Course or Learning Path

After selecting a specific Achievement Course or Learning Path, you can view User data for that Course or Learning Path.

The default filters are Active People with an Achievement Date in the last 30 days.

Change filters such as:

• People (Active, Inactive, All)
• Achievement Date (make a selection)

View information such as:

• Person [name]
• Username
• Compliant Until
• Achievement Date
• User Status
• Email
• Company
• Title
• Certificate Number
• Badges Earned
• Points Earned
• Course Name
• [Any Custom Field(s)]

Download or Schedule a Quick Report

Note: Reports will download up to 50k records in a CSV format and 10k records in a PDF format. Please use the filters to narrow down your search or to pull the report in smaller groups.

Download a Report

Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ then:

• Enter a Title
• Select ‘Download’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown
• Select ‘CSV’ or ‘PDF’ on the ‘Format’ dropdown
• Select ‘Run’

Schedule a Report

• Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ and enter a Title.
• Select ‘Schedule’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown
• Use the default email address or ‘select users to email’ and choose address(es)
• Select a Frequency
  
  • The default is ‘just once, right Now’
  • Otherwise, select ‘daily,’ ‘every Monday,’ or ‘1st of every month’
• Select 'CSV' or 'PDF' on the 'Format' dropdown
• Select 'Run'

View Scheduled Reports

You can see your scheduled Quick Reports via Admin View > 'Reports' tab > Scroll to 'Manage Reports (My Saved/ Favorite Reports)' > 'Created by me' tab.
