Access an Assessment Quick Report via Admin View > ‘Reports’ tab > Select ‘Assessment’ under Quick Reports on the right.   

Filters

The default filter is All Results. 

Change filters such as: 

• All Results 
• Results Complete (make a selection) 
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

Information about the Quick Report

View information about an Assessment such as: 

• Module 
• Relationship 
• Course  
• Type 
• Passmark [%] 
• Marking 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Drill Down to a Specific Assessment 

From the Assessments Quick Report, select a specific Assessment from the Module column to see ‘User View’ or ‘Question View.’  

‘User View’ Tab 

The default view is the User View.  

The default filter is All Results > Active People > Either Complete or Incomplete. 

Change filters such as: 

• All Results 
• Active People or Inactive People 
• Either Complete or Incomplete; Only Complete; Only Incomplete 
• Results Complete (make a selection) 
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

View information about a User such as: 

• Person [name] 
• Last Attempt [date] 
• Time Taken [duration] 
• Score [%] 
• Attempts [#] 
• Locked 
• Marking 
• Status 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Drill Down to a Specific User on ‘User View’ 

Select a specific User from the Person column and select from the ‘Attempts’ dropdown to view additional data, including Questions and Answers given by that User for each attempt. 

Note: A session is each time a Learner has accessed a Module without completing it. The number of attempts is how many times the Learner has successfully completed the Module. 

‘Question View’ Tab 

Select a specific Assessment to see Question data. 

The default filter is All Results. 

Change filters such as: 

• All Results 
• Results Complete (make a selection) 
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

View information about an Assessment such as: 

• Question 
• Correct [#] 
• Incorrect [#] 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Download or Schedule a Quick Report

Note: Reports will download up to 50k records in a CSV format and 10k records in a PDF format. Please use the filters to narrow down your search or to pull the report in smaller groups. 

Download a Report

Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ then: 

• Enter a Title 
• Select ‘Download’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown 
• Select ‘CSV’ or ‘PDF’ on the ‘Format’ dropdown 
• Select ‘Run’ 

Schedule a Report

• Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ and enter a Title.  
• Select ‘Schedule’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown 
• Use the default email address or ‘select users to email’ and choose address(es) 
• Select a Frequency 
  • The default is ‘just once, right Now’ 
  • Otherwise, select ‘daily,’ ‘every Monday,’ or ‘1st of every month’ 

• Select 'CSV' or 'PDF' on the 'Format' dropdown
