You, as Admin, can perform several bulk actions on selected Learners enrolled in a Course. In Admin View > View All Content > Select a specific Course > Select the ‘People’ subtab. 

NOTE: The options listed in the menu dropdown will change depending on what settings are activated under Course Settings and/or Account Settings.  

Selection Modes for Bulk Actions 

When performing bulk actions from the People subtab, you now have three selection modes available: 

• Select current page (existing behavior): Selects only the learners visible on the current page. 

• Select across pages: Extends your selection to include Learners on additional pages. After selecting users on one page, navigate to another page and continue selecting—your previous selections will be retained. 

• Select all matching filter: Selects every Learner matching an active search or filter, regardless of how many pages of results exist. This is ideal for large cohorts where you want to apply an action to all matching results at once. 

NOTE: Supported bulk actions for cross-page selection include: Set Due Date, Send Invitation Email, Send Compliance Reminder, Set Access Expiration, Compliance Retake Check, Set Status as Complete, Send Due Date Reminder, Send Access Expiration Reminder, and Reset Learners Compliance.

Set a Course's Status to Incomplete or Complete  

• On the People subtab, search for and check the box to select the user(s) whose results you wish to update results status for this Course. 

• Use the 'Perform a bulk action' tool to select 'Reset course results' or 'Set status to complete' from the dropdown menu 

• To reset course results, select either ‘No Due Date’,  ‘A Time Span from Date Assigned’ or ‘A Specific Date’ (optional) 

NOTE: There needs to be a due date or compliance due date for this screen to show dates.   

• Enter a time span in days or weeks.  OR select a specific date from the calendar 

• Select ‘Update’  

• System will confirm the Course results have been reset.  

• Select ‘Set status to complete’, and the system will prompt you to confirm this action.  

• The Course results will be reset to 0% or 100% complete.

Send Compliance Email Reminder 

• In the People subtab, search for the user, then select the user by checking the box next to their name

• Select ‘Send Compliance reminder email’ under the bulk action dropdown menu

• The system will ask you to confirm, select ‘OK’ 

• You will see a confirmation when the email is sent.  

NOTE: This option is only available for Compliance Courses. 

Compliance Retake Check

Reset Learners Compliance

Extend Due Date

NOTE: This option is only available if a Course has a due date or compliance initial due date. 

Send Due Date Reminder Email 

• In the People subtab, search for the user, then select the user by checking the box next to their name 

• Select ‘Send Due Date Reminder Email’ under the bulk action dropdown menu 

• The system will ask you to confirm, select ‘OK’ 

• You will see a confirmation when the email is sent. 

NOTE: This option is only available if a Course has a due date or compliance initial due date. 

Unassign People 

• In the People subtab, search for the user, then select the user by checking the box next to their name 

• Select ‘Unassign People’ under the bulk action dropdown menu

• The system will ask you to confirm, select ‘OK’ 

• You will see a confirmation when user(s) are unassigned. 

Send Course Invitation Email

Reset, Edit, or Set Module Results to Complete for a Single User 

• In the People subtab, search for the user and then click the user's Edit Results button 

• Select the Module's Edit button to either set the Module to complete with the appropriate date, or if the Module is already complete and you wish to reset the results, set the Module to incomplete by deselecting the 'Completed' field and save. To edit a Module completion date, set the Module to incomplete and then complete with the appropriate date. 

 

Edit Course Completion Date, or Set a Course to Complete or Incomplete for a Single User 

You, as Admin, can update a single user’s progress on a course to either completed or incomplete.  

Before any changes are made to Learners’ completion dates, it’s important to note that when a date is changed or deleted, its permanent and recorded in the activity log. It cannot be undone.  Achievement dates are used to calculate compliance dates.   

• Navigate to the Course's People subtab: Content>Courses>Course Title>People subtab 

• Search for the user then click the user's Edit Results button 

• To set the Course to complete, click 'Set course to complete' and confirm. To edit the Course completion date, click on the calendar icon under 'Completed Date. 

Edit Course Compliant Until Date 

• Navigate to the Course's People subtab: Content>Courses Course Title>People subtab 

• Search for the user then click the user's Edit Results button 

• To edit the Compliant Until date (applicable to Compliant only Courses), click on the calendar icon under 'Compliant Until'
