Access a Courses Quick Report via Admin View > ‘Reports’ tab > Select ‘Courses’ under Quick Reports on the right.  The default view is the ‘List View’ tab.

Filters 

The default filter is All Results > Active Courses. 

Change filters such as: 

• All Results (Active Courses, Inactive Courses, All Courses) 
• Results Complete (make a selection) 
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

Information about the Quick Report 

View information about Courses such as: 

• Course [name] 
• Assigned People [#] 
• Completed People [#] 
• Completed % 
• Marking 
• Active [status] 
• Created Date 
• Updated Date 
• Course Code 
• Prerequisites 
• Average Rating 
• Total Ratings 
• Token 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed.

Drill Down to a Specific Course from the ‘List View’ Tab 

The default view of a specific Course is List View.  

The default filter is People > All and Result Status > All. 

Change filters such as: 

• People (All, Active, Inactive) 
• Results Status (make a selection)

• [Any Custom Field(s)]
