Access a Learning Paths Quick Report via Admin View > 'Reports' tab > Select ‘Learning Paths’ under Quick Reports on the right.   

‘List View’ Tab 

The default view is the ‘List View’ tab.  

Filters 

The default filter is All Results > Active Learning Paths. 

Change filters such as: 

• All Results (Active Learning Paths, Inactive Learning Paths, All) 

• Results Complete (make a selection) 
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

Information about the Quick Report 

View information about Learning Paths such as: 

• Learning Paths 
• Assigned People [#] 
• Completed People [#] 
• Completed % 
• Active [status] 
• Created Dates 
• Date of Completion 
• Learning Path Code 
• Prerequisites [True/False] 
• Average Rating 
• Total Ratings 
• Equivalency Enabled [True/False] 
• Token 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Drill Down to a Specific Learning Path from the ‘List View’ Tab  

The default view of a specific Learning Path is List View.   

The default filter is All Results > Only people that are active > Either Complete or Incomplete  

Change filters such as:  

• All Results 
  • Only people that are active OR All people, including those that are no longer Active 
  • Either Complete or Incomplete; Only Complete; Only Incomplete 

• Results Complete (make a selection)  
• Created Date (enter a start and end date) 

View information about the Users of the Learning Path such as:  

• Person [name]  
• Username  
• Email  
• Company  
• [Any Custom Field(s)] 
• Title  
• External Employee ID  
• Last Attempt [date] 
• Overdue  
• Up to Date  
• Complete  
• Assigned on  
• Currently Assigned  
• Assigned by  
• Expiration Date  
• Prerequisites Completed  

 Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed.  

Drill Down to a Specific User  

After selecting a specific Learning Path, select a specific User listed for that Learning Path. View information about a User such as:
