Access a Boosts Quick Report via Admin View > ‘Reports’ tab > Select ‘Boosts’ under Quick Reports on the right.   

Information about the Quick Report

View information about Boosts such as: 

• Course Name 
• Total Assigned [#] 
• Total Completed [#] 
• Total Started [#] 
• Complete % 

 Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Drill Down to a Specific Course 

From the Boosts Quick Report, select a specific Course to see User View, Question View, or User/Question View. 

‘User View’ Tab 

After selecting a specific Course, see User data on the ‘User View’ tab. 

View information about a User such as: 

• Full Name 
• Email 
• Username 
• Start Date 
• Total Questions [#] 
• Sent Questions [#] 
• Expired Questions [#] 
• Completed Questions [#] 
• Correct Questions [#] 
• Complete % 
• Correct % 

 Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

Drill Down to a Specific User from ‘User View’ Tab 

After selecting a specific Course, select a specific User’s name and select from the ‘Attempts’ dropdown to view additional data, including Questions and Answers given by that User for each attempt. 

NOTE: A session is each time a Learner has accessed a Module without completing it. The number of attempts is how many times the Learner has successfully completed the Module. 

‘Question View’ Tab 

After selecting a specific Course, see Question data on the ‘Question View’ tab. 

View information about a Question such as: 

• Question Title 
• Total Answers [#] 
• Total Correct Answers [#] 
• Correct % 

Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

‘User/Question View’ Tab 

After selecting a specific Course, see User and Question data on the ‘User/Question View’ tab such as: 

• Full Name 
• Email 
• Username 
• Start Date 
• Boost Completed 
• Boost Completed Date 
• Question Title 
• Type 
• Answer 
• Question Started Date 
• Question Completed Date 

 Select/deselect these items from the hamburger menu as needed. 

NOTE: The report does display the User's selected answers; however, whether the answer is correct or incorrect is only indicated in the exported report and is not displayed in the UI.

Download or Schedule a Quick Report

Note: Reports will download up to 50k records in a CSV format and 10k records in a PDF format. Please use the filters to narrow down your search or to pull the report in smaller groups. 

Download a Report

Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ then: 

• Enter a Title 
• Select ‘Download’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown 
• Select ‘CSV’ or ‘PDF’ on the ‘Format’ dropdown 
• Select ‘Run’ 

Schedule a Report

• Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ and enter a Title.  
• Select ‘Schedule’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown 
• Use the default email address or ‘select users to email’ and choose address(es) 
• Select a Frequency
