Quick Reports Overview

Quick Reports are pre-formatted, real-time reports across the main reporting areas. Explains where to find them in Admin View > Reports, the shared filters, and the hamburger menu actions such as export. Questions this answers: Is there a Quick Report for module, assessment or SCORM results? How do I add more data fields to a Quick Report?

Access Quick Reports

Access Quick Reports via Admin View > ‘Reports’ tab > Select a category under Quick Reports/Usage Reports on the right > Select the blue text values to drill down for more data in the preview.

Filters

Please be aware of the default filters for each Quick Report and change those filters to see different data as needed.

Example of filter options:

Hamburger Menu

Select the hamburger menu to select/deselect more data fields to display in the report preview. All data fields will automatically display in the report export, but not in the preview unless selected in the hamburger menu.

Download or Schedule a Quick Report

NOTE: Reports will download up to 50k records in a CSV format and 10k records in a PDF format. Please use the filters to narrow down your search or to pull the report in smaller groups.

Download a Report

Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’:

Enter a Title
Select ‘Download’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown
Select ‘CSV’ or ‘PDF’ on the ‘Format’ dropdown
Select ‘Run’

Schedule a Report

Select ‘Download/Schedule this report’ and enter a Title.
Select ‘Schedule’ from the ‘Options’ dropdown
Use the default email address or ‘select users to email’ and choose address(es)
Select a Frequency
- The default is ‘just once, right Now’
- Otherwise, select ‘daily,’ ‘every Monday,’ or ‘1st of every month’

Select 'CSV' or 'PDF' on the 'Format' dropdown
Select 'Run'

View Scheduled Reports

You can see your scheduled Quick Reports via Admin View > 'Reports' tab > Scroll to 'Manage Reports (My Saved/Favorite Reports)' > 'Created by me' tab.
